• Name, email, phone number, company, and message when you submit our contact form.
• Name, email, company, role, phone, employee count, and industry when you take our free AI & Security Assessment, along with your answers to the assessment questions.

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you browse the site — pages viewed, general location (city/region level), device and browser type, and referring site — through the analytics and advertising tools described below.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to inquiries and deliver the assessment results you requested.
• To generate your AI Readiness report and follow up with tailored recommendations.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site.
• To measure which pages and ads lead to inquiries, so we can spend our marketing budget responsibly.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies & Tracking

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you individually. We also use Google Tag Manager to load Google Ads and Google Analytics, which set cookies to measure whether visitors coming from our ads went on to contact us or request an assessment. On your first visit you can choose to accept or decline this advertising tracking using the banner shown at the bottom of the page; declining does not affect your ability to use the site.

Third-Party Services

We share information with a small number of service providers who help us run the site:

• Google(Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) — advertising and conversion measurement, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Vercel — site hosting and cookieless analytics.
• Resend — delivery of emails triggered by our contact form.
• Supabase — storage of contact form and AI assessment submissions.
• Anthropic — generates the AI-written report from your assessment answers.

Your Choices

You can decline advertising cookies through the consent banner, or block cookies entirely in your browser settings. To ask us to delete information you’ve submitted through a form, email us using the contact details below.

Data Retention & Security

We keep form and assessment submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for reasonable recordkeeping afterward, and we use standard safeguards to protect it from unauthorized access.

Children’s Privacy

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
